Main functions of UPCA/BVVM:
- Represent members in their dealings with a wide range of institutions and stakeholders
- Represent the interests of the sector at all political levels in Belgium
- Represent the sector in negotiations between the social partners within the relevant joint committees
- Support members in their investments in training
- Inform members about new legislation, royal decrees and FSMA positions
- Support members in accessing the profession via an examination tool (Brokers Academy)
