FEB focuses on the complex relations, mechanisms and balance that make up employee-employer relationships in the broadest sense of the term and puts this expertise (from the start to end of careers) to good use for the benefit of companies. As a result, our specialists deal with issues such as the status of blue and white-collar workers, employment contracts, leave, the right to protection of privacy, redundancy, wage policy and fringe benefits, the organisation of work, and so on. At the same time, we keep a close eye on related European regulations.
